Use your work credentials through your organisation’s custom SSO integration.
Sign in through your organisation
Single sign-on (SSO) depends on your custom Talvi implementation. When configured, it lets you use your existing work credentials to access Talvi through your organisation’s identity provider.
Talvi supports organisation-specific integrations with Microsoft Entra ID and Okta. Other common SSO options include Google Workspace, Ping Identity, OneLogin, and AD FS. The providers available to you depend on the integration configured for your Talvi instance; this is not a list of buttons that every deployment displays.
Microsoft Entra ID
Your company may also use a custom SSO integration that is not listed here. Its sign-in button can carry your organisation’s name or branding instead of a provider name.
Use the dedicated sign-in button
- Open the Talvi login page supplied by your organisation.
- Select the dedicated SSO button, such as Sign in with Microsoft, Sign in with Okta, or Company sign-in. The exact label depends on your implementation.
- Sign in with your work credentials on your organisation’s sign-in screen. Complete any multi-factor authentication requested. If you already have an active work session, you may be signed in automatically.
- You return to Talvi with the account and AI Agent access assigned to you.
SSO confirms your identity; the agents and administration features you can use still depend on your assigned access. See Your account.
If you cannot sign in
If there is no SSO button, check that you are using your organisation’s Talvi login address and ask your administrator which sign-in method is configured. Use Magic Link only if it is offered for your deployment.
If your work sign-in succeeds but Talvi denies access, ask support to check your account assignment and organisation’s SSO integration. For password or multi-factor authentication problems, contact your organisation’s identity support team. Never send them your password or verification codes.
