Manage AI Agents & user access
Find an agent, inspect its setup, and manage the controls available to your account.
Find the right agent
Open More.. → AI Agents and search by agent information. Cards identify the agent and its output, such as Talvi chat, an embedded bot, Slack, or Microsoft Teams. Use the card’s labelled actions to open its details, usage, user access, or access keys where available.
Accounts limited to assigned agents see only their permitted agents and may have read-only controls. Creating and editing a custom agent’s mission belongs in AI Agent Studio and its detail screens.
Manage the available settings
The agent details can provide a logo upload, a default-agent setting, and Auto-approve Talvi Nuggets for this agent. Review that approval setting carefully: it affects the review path for future content generated through the agent.
Use User Access to search for users, select the intended audience, and Save. Select all and Remove all affect the selection in the dialog; check it before saving. Agent assignment controls what knowledge a user can reach through that agent.
Inspect usage and connected tools
Open AI Agent KPIs or Usage to inspect the available activity measures. MCP Tools, when available, shows connected tools and their details; super admin users with the appropriate permission manage skill assignments in the custom agent workspace.
Connection controls vary by agent
Embedded bots can expose View config, an embed snippet, and a publishable-key action. These are different from the private keys used by MCP clients or app integrations.
Access keys appears only where supported by the deployment and agent. See Create and manage access keys. For website bot settings, see Embedded agent configuration.
